Signing in with a passkey
Your Vauz account uses a passkey instead of a password. There is nothing to remember and nothing to type — your device asks for your fingerprint, face or PIN, and that is the whole sign-in
This is about your account on vauz.sealzi.com, which holds your plan, your family and your billing. It is not the Vauz application, and it is not your vault. Your vault stays on your own device and never reaches our servers, so signing in here neither unlocks it nor needs it
Steps
Step 1: Go to the sign-in page
Visit https://vauz.sealzi.com/enter/ (opens in a new tab)
Step 2: Press Sign in with a passkey
There is no email field and no password field, and that is deliberate. Your browser already knows which passkeys it holds for this site, so it offers them directly
Step 3: Approve the prompt from your device
Your operating system asks for your fingerprint, face or PIN. The prompt names
Vauz Dashboard, so you can tell it apart from the Vauz application
Step 4: You land on your dashboard
If it does not work
Every failed sign-in gives the same message, whatever went wrong. That is on purpose: a page that said "no such account" would let a stranger check whether an address is registered here. It means the message cannot tell you which of the problems below you have
- You cancelled, or waited too long. The sign-in window is 60 seconds. Press the button again
- This browser holds no Vauz passkey. A passkey lives on the device that created it unless it syncs. See Signing in on a new device
- You have lost the device. See Lost your passkey
